Cairo : Mohamed Maait, Egyptian Minister of Finance, received Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, and his accompanying delegation.
The first meeting of the Bahraini-Egyptian governmental committee for commercial, economic, scientific and technological cooperation is scheduled to be held today. It aims to advance partnership between the two countries.
The ministers emphasised the importance of the first Bahraini-Egyptian governmental committee’s for boosting economic, scientific, and technological cooperation, as well as consolidating bilateral ties and strategic partnership in trade, industry, tourism and urbanisation.
Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa affirmed the Kingdom’s keenness to develop bilateral relations to achieve common interests and goals, wishing Egypt further progress and prosperity.
