Manama : FIBA announced Bahrain will host the 14th edition of the 3×3 World Tour Final on November 21-22.
The 2025 3×3 World Tour will span 15 cities across three continents, reaching millions of new fans for this rapidly growing sport. The tour begins in Utsunomiya, Japan, in April, with the final set in Manama.
Ala’a Mudara, President of the Bahrain Basketball Association, noted that FIBA’s decision highlights Bahrain’s excellence in organising global sports events. He noted Manama’s inclusion alongside major cities worldwide demonstrates the Kingdom’s prominence in hosting international tournaments.
Mudara commended the support of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA), and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), highlighting their roles in Bahrain’s success and Manama’s exceptional hosting of the 3×3 Basketball World Tour.
