Manama : Citizens and residents today performed Eid Al Fitr prayers at designated mosques and prayer areas across the Kingdom of Bahrain.
From the early hours of dawn, the atmosphere resonated with Eid chants (Takbeerat al Eid) as worshippers gathered to perform the prayer, in a scene that reflected the values of unity and social cohesion, in observance of the Sunnah of the Prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him.
Eid sermons delivered across the Kingdom focused on the spiritual lessons drawn from the holy month of Ramadhan, highlighting the importance of family ties, social connection, and the values of solidarity and compassion during the blessed days of Eid.
Khateebs and worshippers prayed to Allah Almighty to protect His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and to bless the Kingdom and its people with continued security and stability.
