Doha : Major General Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Deputy Chief of Public Security, led Bahrain’s delegation at the first meeting of the Joint Supreme Committee for the GCC Joint Security Tactical Exercise (Arabian Gulf Security 4), held in Qatar.
The meeting reviewed the agenda, which included the results and lessons learned from the previous exercise and means to further develop the achieved outcomes. The agenda also covered preparations, arrangements, and committee plans related to the exercise, as well as presenting current security challenges and threats and means to address them, in order to enhance joint cooperation and the exchange of expertise and experiences among the participating countries, and contribute to the success of the exercise.
