Kuwait : The Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) participated in the 100th Executive Board Meeting of the GCC National Olympic Committee Presidents, held in Kuwait.
The delegation was led by Dr. Shaikha Hessa bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Member of the Board of Directors of the BOC.

The meeting reviewed the Oman Olympic Committee’s report on hosting the Third GCC Beach Games (Muscat 2025), set for 5 – 11 April, and approved its official logo. Discussions also covered challenges in multi-sport events, with the Planning, Coordination, and Follow-up Committee tasked with resolving issues in collaboration with advisory committees.
The request from the Kuwait Olympic Committee to host the Second Gulf Youth Games in 2028 was approved, pending endorsement by the GCC Olympic Committee Heads. The meeting also agreed to review the draft unified statute for GCC sports federations.
Additionally, approval was granted for a conference on sports law and management, in line with the strategy for advancing joint sports cooperation.
