Manama : Isa Al Shaiji, Bahrain Journalist Association (BJA) Chairman said the inauguration of the main studio of the Bahrain TV News Center and the private radio channels building at the Ministry of Information by the Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa represents a major boost for national media under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
Al Shaiji congratulated Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, the Minister of Information, on the inauguration and the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the beginning of official television broadcasting in Bahrain.
He also commended the efforts of the minister to continue developing the media sector in Bahrain in line with international standards.
Al Shaiji expressed appreciation for national competencies in the Information Ministry who have shown high caliber and professionalism in different forms of media to promote the image of Bahrain.
