Bahrain to host FIBA 3×3 Basketball in November

Manama : The Kingdom of Bahrain is gearing up for the FIBA 3×3 Basketball which will be held in November in a first in the Kingdom.
 
Cabinet Affairs Ministry Undersecretary, Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) Deputy President His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa chaired the first meeting of the organizing meeting.
 
General Sports Authority (GSA) Chief Executive Officer Dr. Abdulrahman Sadiq Askar also attended the meeting which focused on preparations for the launch ceremony late this month.
 
Addressing the session, HH Shaikh Isa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa expressed thanks to His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA) and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) for appointing him as chairman of the organizing panel.
