PARIS : As bystanders screamed for help, a man with a knife stabbed four young children at a lakeside park in the French Alps on Thursday, assaulting at least one in a stroller repeatedly. Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today ratified and issued Law (6) of 2023, endorsing the Agreement on the System of Linking Payment Systems of the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries, signed on October 20, 2021, following its approval by the Shura and Representatives councils.
