The meeting highlighted Bahrain’s youth empowerment initiatives, including the Masari project, and discussed cooperation and upcoming youth projects. The minister commended UNFPA’s efforts in the field of development and underlined its commitment to working with UN organisations to develop and empower the youth. Abidjan : A six-storey building collapsed while under construction in Ivory Coast’s commercial capital Abidjan on Friday, killing at least seven of the builders on site, firefighters at the scene said. Washington : Police in the U.S. city of Baltimore confirmed on Sunday that two people had died in a “mass shooting incident” overnight at an apartment block in the city and three others were in a critical condition. The city’s police department said 30 people had been shot in the incident at 800 block of Gretna Avenue in Baltimore.
