Manama :The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) conducted two joint inspection campaigns in the Capital Governorate and Muharraq Governorate on a number of shops and work sites. The campaigns resulted in reporting violations related to the labour market and residency laws. The cases were referred for legal action. LMRA noted that an inspection campaign was conducted in the Capital Governorate in coordination with the Sentence Enforcement Department. The second campaign was undertaken in Muharraq Governorate in coordination with Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) and the Governorate’s respective Police Directorate. Manama : Bahrain’s Ahmed Taj El Din was received by His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Vice President of the General Sports Authority and President of Bahrain Combat Sports Council (BCSC), on returning from Belgrade, Serbia after winning the gold medal in the 97kg category at the World Wrestling Championship. Also present were Faris Al Kooheji, Secretary general of the Bahrain Olympic Committee and BCSC and the Bahrain Wrestling Association officials.
