Manama : A delegation from the Crime Against Children Combating Unit of the International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol) has visited the Children Cyberspace Protection Unit of the General Directorate of Anti-Corruption and Economic and Electronic Security. The delegation was briefed on the unit’s work mechanism and its efforts to educate children about the dangers of the Internet. It also reviewed the unit’s plans and strategies based on fundamental principles for protecting children. Both sides discussed cooperation and coordination.

Amman : Isa Award for Service to Humanity is participating in the Arab Prizes Forum in Jordan on October 2-6. Ali Abdullah Khalifa, the award’s Secretary-General attended. Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Royal Decree (90) of 2023, appointing an assistant undersecretary at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, based on a proposal by the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, and following the approval of the Cabinet. According to the decree, Counsellor Mohammed Ahmed Ali Muqbil was appointed as Assistant Undersecretary for State Cases and International Cooperation at the ministry. Manama : The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) launched the “Realising an Orphan’s Dream” initiative, as part of the distinguished and comprehensive care it provides for its affiliates. The RHF has fulfilled the dream of more than 140 of its members, whose dreams varied between having electronic devices, performing Umrah, furnishing bedrooms, buying toys, and participating in various training and educational courses.
