Al Hilal Healthcare Group officially announced the acquisition of Middle East Hospital, Segaya now rebranded as Al Hilal Premier Hospital and the soft launch of Al Hilal Premier Hospital during the press meet on Monday 5th May, 2025, in the presence of the Managing Directors of Al Hilal Healthcare Group, Dr. P A Mohammed and Mr. Abdul Latheef, ), Dr. Sharath Chandran (CEO of Al Hilal Healthcare Group), Asif Mohammed ((Vice President- Business & Strategy- Al Hilal healthcare Group), CA Sahal Jamaludheen (Finance Manager of Al Hilal Healthcare Group), Dr. Amer Al-Derazi (Group Head- Medical Affairs & President of the Bahrain Medical Society), media representatives, influencers and industry leaders.
Al Hilal Premier Hospital will be the 10th branch and the second hospital of Al Hilal Healthcare Group. during the The press meeting featured both the logo launch and the teaser video release.

This 65 bedded hospital is equipped with an outstanding team of experts committed to delivering care with excellent services.
