Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received, at the Al-Safriya Palace today, Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence, following the issuance of a royal decree appointing him to his new post.
HM the King congratulated Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed on his appointment, wishing him every success in continuing to spread the message of the King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence which embodies Bahrain’s long-standing leading role in consolidating the concepts of coexistence, tolerance, peace and moderation, as well as in extending bridges of communication and rapprochement among the followers of various religions and cultures for the best interests of all peoples.
HM King Hamad lauded the important achievements attained by the King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence since its establishment, hailing the international appreciation it enjoys.
Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa extended deepest thanks, appreciation and gratitude to HM the King for HM’s precious trust and directives, praying to Allah the Almighty to bless HM King Hamad with abundant health and happiness.
