Mr. Arun Ganesh Kumar, General Manager; Mr. Manoj Pillai, Isuzu Dealer Principal; Mr. Amjesh Asokan, Senior Manager of Sales; Ms. Shelin Chacko, Assistant Manager of Marketing; and Mr. Meshal Rajab, Assistant Manager of Business Development.

Dr. Sharath Chandran, Chief Executive Officer of Al Hilal Healthcare Group, stated that, “As a healthcare operator, I have seen how much timing matters in breast cancer. Found early, it is one of the most treatable cancers; found late, the picture changes entirely. Too many women delay screening because they put their families first. Pink Drive is about making that first step easier and removing cost as a reason to wait. We are grateful to Motor City Bahrain for standing with us on a cause that touches every family in the Kingdom.”
Mr. Asif Mohammed, Vice President – Business & Strategy at Al Hilal Healthcare Group, stated that, “Awareness only works if the next step is easy. That is why Pink Drive pairs education with free screening, so women can act on the message straight away. Our partnership with Motor City Bahrain lets us take this conversation beyond our hospital walls and into the community.”

CA Sahal Jamaludheen, Finance Manager at Al Hilal Healthcare Group, mentioned, “Free screening is a deliberate investment, not a cost. Early detection spares families the far heavier emotional and financial burden of late-stage treatment. We see Pink Drive as a long-term commitment to the health of the communities we serve.”
Dr. Nusrat Jabeen, Specialist General Surgeon at Al Hilal Healthcare Group, delivered an awareness talk on breast cancer, highlighting the importance of early detection, regular screening, and timely medical consultation. The session aimed to raise awareness about breast health and encourage women to take proactive steps towards prevention and early diagnosis.
Mr. Arun Ganesh Kumar, General Manager of Motor City Bahrain, stated: “At Motor City Bahrain, we believe our responsibility goes beyond providing mobility solutions to making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. Breast Cancer Awareness Month reminds us of the importance of early detection, education, and timely medical care. Through our partnership with Al Hilal Healthcare Group, we are proud to support an initiative that encourages women to prioritize their health and helps make essential awareness and screening services more accessible to the community.”

The collaboration reflects the shared commitment of Motor City Bahrain and Al Hilal Healthcare Group to encouraging preventive healthcare, empowering women with greater awareness, and highlighting the importance of regular health checkups.
Through meaningful corporate social responsibility partnerships such as this, Motor City Bahrain continues to strengthen its contribution to the local community by supporting initiatives that promote health, well-being, and a stronger, healthier society across Bahrain.
The proceedings commenced at 12:00 PM at the Al Hilal Hospital Ballroom in Muharraq, beginning with a formal welcome address, followed by a presentation outlining the core objectives of the Pink Drive campaign, delivered by Mr. Asif Mohammed.
The agenda featured addresses from key representatives, a formal felicitation ceremony, and the presentation of commemorative plaques to celebrate the partnership. The ceremony culminated in the official flag-off of the Pink Drive campaign, led by Dr. Sharath Chandran alongside executive delegations from Al Hilal Healthcare Group and Motor City Bahrain, marking the start of the campaign’s outreach activities.

As a key component of this community initiative, complimentary breast cancer screenings will be made available to participants. Where clinically indicated, mammograms and breast ultrasound scans will also be provided free of charge to support further diagnostic assessment. By reducing financial barriers to these essential health services, the campaign aims to encourage women to take a proactive approach to their health, seek timely medical advice, and understand
the importance of early diagnosis.
The Pink Drive campaign reflects the shared commitment of Al Hilal Healthcare Group and Motor City Bahrain to community welfare and preventive healthcare through meaningful partnerships. With a network of 11 branches across the Kingdom, Al Hilal Healthcare Group continues to support public health awareness and accessible healthcare services, reinforcing its commitment to quality care and the well-being of the communities it serves.
