Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (40) of 2026 restructuring the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA), based on a proposal by the Prime Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
Article (I)
The Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) shall be reconstituted as follows:
1. Mona Al Sayed Ali Al Hashemi – Chairperson.
2. Major-General Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa – Member.
3. Colonel Sabah Ali Al Binali – Member.
4. Aamal Ahmed Al Abbasi – Member.
5. Musaab Mohammed Ahmed – Member.
The members shall serve a four-year term.
Article (II)
The Prime Minister shall implement the provisions of the decree, which takes effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
