Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa performed Eid Al Adha prayers.
His Majesty, along with the attendees listened to the Eid sermon delivered by Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Hajri. The sermon opened with praise and thanks to Allah Almighty, and prayers and peace upon Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him), his family and companions.
In his sermon, Shaikh Al Hajri spoke of the significance of Eid as one of the most beloved days to Allah Almighty. He expressed gratitude for Bahrain’s leadership and its enduring efforts and sacrifices to safeguard the Kingdom’s security, protect its people, and preserve its stability.

He highlighted Eid as an occasion to renew allegiance to His Majesty the King, affirming that adherence to rightful leadership is among the foundations of preserving both faith and national wellbeing. He also commended the vigilance of Bahrain’s defence and security institutions and their continued efforts to maintain the security of society and protect the Kingdom’s achievements. He noted that patriotism is an innate human value reflected through unity and solidarity behind the nation’s leadership.

Shaikh Al Hajri also offered prayers to Allah Almighty to protect His Majesty the King and grant him continued success. He prayed for the occasion to return with blessings for Bahrain and its people, and for the Kingdom to continue to enjoy security, prosperity, stability and progress.
Following the prayers, His Majesty the King exchanged Eid Al Adha greetings with attendees, thanking them for their warm wishes.

His Majesty also extended Eid Al Adha greetings to the people of Bahrain, praying for continued blessings for the Kingdom and peace and prosperity for the Arab and Islamic nations.

Attendees extended their sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty on the occasion. They expressed pride in the Kingdom’s comprehensive achievements under His Majesty’s leadership and praised Bahrain’s esteemed regional and international standing, attained through His Majesty’s leadership and approach.
