Dammam : Saudi Arabia concluded the mixed air exercise “Spears of Victory 2026” at the Air Warfare Centre in the Eastern Region, with the participation of branches of the Saudi Armed Forces, the Ministry of National Guard, the Presidency of State Security, and the Unified Military Command of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), alongside forces from a number of other countries.
The exercise featured simulations of multiple operational scenarios, including joint tactical operations, specialised academic lectures, and operational missions aimed at enhancing the efficiency of air, technical, and support crews. The exercise also assessed modern military tactics, including electronic and cyber warfare, within a multidimensional operational environment.
SPA added that the participating forces carried out high-precision missions that contributed to developing and strengthening combat capabilities, raising levels of coordination and integration, and achieving readiness for joint operations under various operational conditions.
The “Spears of Victory 2026” exercise is regarded as one of the largest air exercises in the region. It aims to strengthen military partnerships, promote the exchange of expertise, enhance combat efficiency, and achieve advanced levels of coordination and operational integration among participating forces, in support of regional and international security and stability.
