Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified and issued Law (6) of 2026 approving the Host Country Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Permanent Court of Arbitration, following its approval by the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
The Host Country Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Permanent Court of Arbitration, was signed in the Kingdom of Bahrain on June 17, 2025.
The Prime Minister and the Ministers, each within their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this law, which shall come into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
