Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified and issued Law (5) of 2026 amending Clause (13) of Article (3) of Law (5) of 2021 on the regulation and monitoring of international trade in endangered species of wild fauna and flora, following its approval by the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
The Prime Minister and the Ministers, each within their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this law, which shall come into effect the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
